1. How do I book? Click button "book now" and follow the instructions on sending a booking request. Once your booking request is received, we'll reach out to you shortly for approval. Once you we approve your request, you can book securely online. Feel free to send us a message as well via "contact us" tab if you have questions.
  2. Why do I need to provide my ID? Security is very important to us. Just like hotels, when you check in, they ask for your ID to make sure you are the person on the reservation. This protects the hotel and its occupants. This vacation home is in a private subdivision with residences and vacationers. It is a private home, just like your home. We only want to make sure that the person on the reservation is the one checking in, that is all. 
  3. How does the pool heat work?  Please keep in mind that cold weather starts in November and until late April, Pool heat sometimes may not be as effecient due to cold outdoor temp. Thereofore, pool heat may not be able to maintain the desired temperature. Pool heat if you still choose to have it is charged per day at $30. Pool heat will only heat to a max of 82 degrees in the winter. In cold weather, it may not reach 82 degrees. Pool heat is Non-Refundable. Please let us know if you want to add Pool Heat before booking your reservation. I highly recommend you check the forecast first, this way you can decide whether adding pool heat for your trip is necessary.
  4. How do I add pool heating fee?  Pool heat is added during check out and will be included in the entire fee. Click on "details" to see itemized charges.
  5. What happens after I book? You will get an email from John within 24-48 hours, he will give you additional information about your reservation. You will also get our "Guestbook" which details everything you need to know about staying in our home.
  6. Who do I reach out to for anything during my stay?  You will be given the contact person's phone number and email. Feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns.
  7. Can I check in anytime?  Unfortunately, we do not allow early check in because we really need to make sure that house is well prepared and clean for the next guest.  Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
  8. What payments do you accept? We accept major credit cards.
  9. Do you return my security deposit? Yes, security deposit is returned to you 7 days after departure considering no damage has been done during your stay. If there are damages, the contact person will reach out to you to discuss.
  10. What currency does this website use?  This website automatically converts to your country's currency. For example, if you are in UK the website will give you pricing in UK pounds. 
  11. Can I smoke in the house?  ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED. There is a $300 charge for anyone that smokes in the house. Hiring to clean out the smell of smoke is expensive and tedious, please smoke OUTSIDE and away from the doors and windows  to prevent the smoke from entering our home. Please respect our policy.
  12. Can I throw a party?  We do not allow any type of gatherings.
